Discover pass required. You can buy a 1-night pass for $10 plus tax or a 1-year pass for $30 plus tax (just under $35 total). Passes are available online and at Fred Meyer customer service.
No fee to camp at Dougan, just the discover pass. No potable water, showers, or electricity. The campsite fills up fast most nice weekends so have a backup plan.
