You're missing the point. If you say you're open at 7am, then be open. Roll top doors were shut and the entrance was blocked off. There were 3 other cars waiting too. I even called and got nowhere since it went to an endless call queue.
You think that's bad, the one on Northgate is even worse they close in the middle of the day and send people to other Quick Quack Car Washes.

They are supposed to open at 7 am but i have seen them doing stuff in the back closet area sometimes in the morning
