I asked for a full interor exterior gift certificate for my neice. I was given a sheet with 4 options so I chose the best option possible. I expressed that she had cloth seat and I wa ted them shampooed. Not only did they not clean inside the cup hold they left crumbs and garbage between the seat. They left finger prints all over the car and there was no polishing done at all. Very dissappointed.

Bought the Regular Full Service wash at $25.99 (exterior wash, interior vacuum, exterior/interior window clean, dash & console dust, door jambs wiped, spritz of air freshener) and was quite satisfied with the price & results. Will definitely be back when my car starts looking grungy again.
