You can either purchase your ticket through the cinemark app and use the QR code from your phone to print tickets at the kiosk or show them the QR code for them to scan to enter the theatre. All seats are reserved.

You can buy them through the Cinemark app or at the box office. The cool thing is you can pick you seat at the box office.
Depending on how you paid for them at the theater or on the phone, if the phone you don't receive a a ticket instead you get a qr code that the employees can scan and your in but if your in the theater you just pay for at the ticket booth or kiosk and it will printed and handed to you
If you purchased your tickets online in advance, login at the kiosk at the theater and there will be instructions on how to retrieve them.
