I am a dog lover! However dogs do mot belong inside of restaurants unless they are service dogs. When I went to Boon Fly Cafe I was VERY surprised to see a dog inside the restaurant that had no indication it was a service dog. So to answer your question it appears they are dog friendly.
Outside they have a few tables i dont know if they have table service out there tho ...
