Hello!! Are gluten - free options are limited. As mentioned, we do offer a gluten - free Hamburg bun that can be used for burgers, baked fish, etc. Others sandwiches include Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp and Crab Salad, grilled Chicken, and salad. Not really able to do to much if Celiac, as we cannot guarantee against cross contamination. We will try to work with any requests, if we can. Thank you.
