Do you have to pay to launch? And is there a specific time we can launch our kayaks?

The park is unsupervised and there are no fees. Hours are daylight.

There is no charge for access tip the park or to launch your vessel.

There is no fee, you can launch anytime as far as I know, but the park does have a closing time, you may way to take a look at that. If you take the driveway down to the parking area the launch is towards the creek down to the right. Never crowded.
