Everything you need and expect in a small computer repair operation. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced and prompt. Work began on my laptop the day I dropped it off. They called the same afternoon to let me know what was wrong, how it could be repaired and how much it would cost. I will definitely recommend these folks to anyone who needs computer service.

Hi Jacob, Sorry, we do not buy laptops for cash. The best we'd be able to do, depending on laptop model, condition, and brand, is offer trade-in credit for a new laptop purchase. The beeping you hear is a BIOS error code. For the HP Z800, 4 beeps, one second apart, is typically an indication of a power failure or fault somewhere in your system. If you're interested in bringing the PC in, we'd be happy to locate the power fault and either fix or replace the problem components. ^SR
