Good question, Taylor. That really depends on what type of help you need. We can help you decide on which product is best for you, why the product you bought from us isn't functioning like it should (like confirming that the product is defective or that maybe the application is incorrect), and employees might be able to help you resolve technical issues with products we don't currently carry if they have time available (ei: older, discontinued products or products not purchased from our stores). With all that said, Electronic Express encourages employees to help customers in anyway they can, so long as time permits and that they feel capable of handling the problem that you are requesting aid on.
They do not work on electronics, they only sell them. However they are very helpful finding you somewhere that does work on electronics! Very kind staff!
