If I could give zero stars I would. Associates in store were amazing, but delivery is terrible. Not only did they forget my entire washer to my dryer set but dinged my front door as they came into the apartment. Was informed I would have someone call me regarding this issue and received nothing. I ended up calling to only find out that my washer was sold and I now have to wait another week and a half for my washer to come in. Will not be coming back after this is handled.

Service from the time we walked through Electronic Express doors could not have been more perfect. Answered all our questions, friendly staff. The delivery crew was absolutely perfect, too. They arrived when scheduled unpacked item and set it up. Very courteous.

I went in looking for a car stereo for a Ford Edge. Dylan Kasmeier was the young man that waited on me. He didn't try to over sell and listened to what I needed. He showed me what I was asking for. Although I didn't buy right then due to not having someone with knowledge to install,.. I will buy from him when I do. The store is lucky to have him.

Good question! We do not have any repair services at Electronic Express. If you search online, you should find a specialist that can do that repair for you. You might also consider a computer repair shop, but they might not know a good sources for parts. I suggest calling ahead before bringing the PS4 to any computer repair shop.

It sounds like you are looking for one of two things. You are either looking for the whole power cord (power brick + outlet cord), or you are only looking for the outlet cord (the cord that goes from the power brick into your wall outlet). We can help you decide on which product is best for you, why the product you bought from us isn't functioning like it should (like confirming that the product is defective or that maybe the application is incorrect), and employees might be able to help you resolve technical issues with products we don't currently carry if they have time available (ei: older, discontinued products or products not purchased from our stores). With all that said, Electronic Express encourages employees to help customers in anyway they can, so long as time permits and that they feel capable of handling the problem that you are requesting aid on.
