They wont throw you out, I was just there last night well past 10 pm, but they will lock your car in the lot, there is a ton of space on either side of the road for parking and you'll have no trouble going under or over the fence/gate
Yes, they do lock the gates at 10:00 p. m.
Park outside the gate along the road. I believe they do lock it at some point.
