Are there any signs that indicate whether overnight parking is allowed or not? It seems like it closes at 10PM, but I can't find any information other than that for parking.

I believe the gates are shut and cars are towed.

Signs do say the park closes at nightfall. However, you can always call local park and rec offices to confirm!
