You'll have to go into the store and complain, if you want to deal with a person. Speak to the manager, and see if they'll offer in-store replacement. Take the package and billing info with you.
I agree with Tim. Take your records into a store and speak to a Manager. Get your refund AND your game!! Let us know how you made out please.
