Yes, but definitely plan ahead. On busy weekends the few tent only spots are often reserved months in advance.

There are 20 electric sites, 1-20. You can put a tent on any site but you pay the rate, electric sites are 25-35 dollars in peak season, may-Sep. 21-70 have a parking pad but no utilities but water is available from community spigots their $20-30. 71-79 are hike in tent sites, their $10.00 per night.

Overnight, Yes, but only out houses last time I was there, but many years a go may have changed by now

Numbers 70 to 79 seperate tent only walk in sites with 2 water spigots on main trail. Nice area
