10 dollars to park a car. But everything else is free. Except for camping overnight that is.

No it cost 10$ to park your car at the swim area but you can use the park for free if you walk in

Day pass $10. Annual discover pass $30. Discover pass is good for one year from purchase date and entitles two vehicles(One at a time) unlimited daytime access to all Washington parks. Great deal. You may also use the showers if the park you're at has one.

Day use is now $11.50 per car. Rangers do write tickets. Sheriff's put up no parking on road outside the park.

Day use of the park is free, camping has a fee, parking your vehicle on the park site has a fee involved as well. I always parked my vehicle at the outskirts of the Shell station off the La Center exit, and walked to the park, went swimming, and walked back to my car. I don't know what the towing policy at Shell is however, so I wouldn't necessary call it safe to park there and leave your vehicle. Fortunately I never had any problems, but it's certainly possible that your vehicle could be considered abandoned and potentially end up being impounded, so keep that in mind.
