I paid to do laundry here water did not feel it nor did the hot water work on the machine and then the owner refuse to get my money back horrible customer service do not come here. Owner is very rude and doesn’t care about the customers

And how am I supposed to message contact info. There is no option to do that. Also there was no sign saying hot water didn’t work.
