My wife opened the lid and asked the owner if it was wash properly. The owner responded in rude manners. He started to argue with my wife. He complained that my wife is asking him too much questions. He was rude and used foul language. I won't recommend this laundromat to anyone. He has no customer services.

I have never been to a laundromat before and honestly had no idea what I was doing. The other patrons using the machines and the business owner were so helpful in showing me how things work. Even though there was a language barrier, we figured it out and I’m so happy I chose this laundromat for my first experience. Thank you!
