Just take it to the returns desk. There shouldn't be a problem. As for the rest of that wal mart it is ill run and poorly managed and half the staff is surly and rude. Shelves are never stocked properly and the aisles are a mess. Also 22 of the highest paid were let go after self checkout was installed. I won't shop there
You can return it if you do/don't have your receipt. If you have your receipt they'll give you your money back in the form of payment that you paid with. If no receipt, you can get a Walmart gift card credit.
If it's a Wal-Mart product you get a gift card. If it's a 3rd party item you send it back to them. It takes about a week for a refund.
