Explain verbally i wanted to cancel service after the gentleman lied about ordering a tire after which when i arrive to pick up my vehicle the tire has magically appeared and you seek payment ill most certainly go elsewhere to get service rather than your attempts and bamboozling customers. And proceeded to threaten me that its gonna take two hours to put the old one back on. Im okay with waiting it means nothing to me.

I needed an odd sized flat tire repaired, and NTB was recommended. All the staff was friendly and courteous - Great customer service. It was busy today but I was able to leave the tire and return for it after a few hours. I will definitely use NTB for future tire needs.

Just watched the man at the counter get yelled at by a customer. He stayed calm during the whole thing, tried to keep helping the guy and took a verbal beating you wouldn’t believe..all because he showed up at the wrong store from his online appointment and they didn’t have his tires. Guy didn’t want to wait. Emmet was the salesman upfront. Great guy and more patience then I’ll ever have. Waited on me and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service

Last Thursday, I left work, heading out of town for a long weekend. Less than 25 minutes into the trip, I realized I had an issue with a tire. I pulled into an auto parts store where a store employee and I determined there was a screw in my tire. He recommended I go to the next exit to National Tire and Battery. I pulled into their parking lot right at 6pm and found the door locked. I peered through the glass door and saw an employee behind the counter. This kind soul opened the door and asked how he could help. I shared my sad tale, explaining I was an hour away from home and three hours away from where I was supposed to be and asked if they could help me. He checked in the back and told me there was one technician still at work who was willing to clock back in to install a new tire for me. These two men could have easily ignored me looking through their window or told me “Sorry, we’re closed”. But they chose to stay a bit longer to help get me back in the road safely. I am grateful for their kindness and sincerely appreciate their excellent customer service.
