Yes Guptill’s ice cream is always open on July 4th for normal business hours.
So there ya go from the owner them self. Yes normal business hours July 4th. So go enjoy ice cream. They even have an atm on site!!

The ice cream part of the business has been open for a while now and should stay open through all of Summer. If you're along about the rink, I cannot help and you're best bet is to call the business directly.
