Home evolutions provided an estimate in a timely manner. Once I decided to go with them they were quick to book my roof install. They were extremely friendly and helpful during this process. We were well satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. The initial rep, Ed inspected our roof and showed us videos and then went over options with us. We were impressed with the quality of all the materials. Leo kept us up to date on the scheduling. The day of, the crew arrived on time and were done with everything, including a thorough clean up by 4:00. Andre, the foreperson went above and beyond. Recommend to our Albany neighbors. My service was masonry chimney repair. I contacted Home Evolution after not being able to find a mason to repair my two stone chimneys. Home Evolution had someone to my house and handed me a quote within days of me first reaching out to them. Concerned about winter temperatures coming, Home Evolution squeezed my job in. Isaiah, the mason on the job was the best, his work ethic and honesty to me as the customer was a blessing, traits rarely seen these days. Isaiah does beautiful work and is extremely knowledgeable about masonry work. I am extremely pleased with how my chimneys look and relieved to know that Home Evolution will guarantee this work for the years to come.

Thank you for your question, Home Evolution provides full roof replacement as well as roof repair services in the Greater Albany, NY area. We service a large area up to an hour and a half from downtown Albany, NY. We do travel up into Vermont. However, we do not service the state of Massachusetts. Yes, Home Evolution provides free estimates for roof repairs as well as roof replacements in the Greater Capital Region as long as you are the homeowner of the property we are doing the estimate for. We do however, charge a $395 fee to do an estimate or perform an inspection on properties that are involved in a real estate transaction.
We generally do not do repairs involving small amounts of missing facia pieces.
