There are always apples at Golden Harvest because they store the apples with a nitrogen purge system. When we were last there the apples they had that looked the best were Rubyfrost. They are 2017 vintage and hold up well in this type of cold storage. I'm not sure if they have any varieties of 2018 apples for sale. You should consider giving them a call. Currently they have the best fresh peaches in the Hudson valley and I may drive there today to stock up. Two weeks ago we grabbed a peach pie too!
