Yes and yes, but when it's nice you need to get in for an outside table early. Also if you want to sit closer to the music area you can but your near to the crowd that hangs around the band area so it will less private and more crowd noises. I prefer the balcony outside of the dining area you can still hear the band but you have a more intimate dining experience

They definitely serv food & drink outside. And when they have music during summer months, that's outside too. They have way more outside space than inside space. Their website had a great overview.

Yeap, they do, and it's one of the best in that type in Louisville, with a beautiful view to the river.
