Service is still horrible!!! Our food which only consisted of the riblet platter which is advertised to come with slaw and fries. We got the order fairly quickly which explains why the French fries were ice cold and the riblets were luke-cool, however, the slaw was not included. We flagged another server down because ours went MIA. Informed the Server that we needed additional bbq sauce; when our initial Seever brought it out, we were told that it would be an additional .30cents. When we were finally asked if everything was ok, we told the server about the cold fries and the half portion we were given to replace them. She asked if we wanted her to inform the manager to which we replied "yes". Well, he came to our table visibly with a sirly attitude and offered to reheat our food. We're halfway through our meal and you offer to reheat it? First of all, it should have been heated to the proper temperature from the start. Not eating here again. Employees too busy talking with each other.
That manager is no longer there. They have a new lady GM that really cares about the guests and the service they receive. I hope both of you will give them another chance in the future. They got this blue frozen shark drink that is amazing! I could barely taste the rum (which is why I like frozen drinks) and by the time I got to the bottom of my big mucho, I felt it. When I was there the other night, my visit wasn't perfect but I still felt like I was being taken care of. The whole atmosphere has really changed. You can feel it. Just my 2 cents.
