They are, but have new owners now and only have lunch specials on Fridays now and a lunch menu the rest of the week. The shrimp and grits lunch special on Friday price increased a few dollars but includes a drink ,and is still worth the extra money
They are ..even on Mondays ...alot of Cartersville downtown resteraunts are closed on Monday ,but I had lunch a few weeks ago at the Cellar & it was delicious 😃
