I was in the Longhorn in Cartersville Georgia and I heard you I am not sure what kind of place this is but when I saw that I completely lost my appetite It was so bad poor girl was crying I have been a manager before and what I saw was poor service

I'm sorry, but I have eaten there recently and they had excellent food and service. I have never had trouble with them. Sorry that you did though
