At a different Best Buy, I had Geek Squad install both my wall mount and 65" TV. I think you can purchase Best Buy's Geek Squad package, and they'll come install the wall mount and TV for you. I think it might be something like $299 or so? I don't remember. Good luck! PS - I, personally, strongly recommend against installing the wall mount and TV yourself. If Geek Squad does the install, and the whole thing falls off the wall for whatever reason, then you're covered for the loss. But if you install it yourself, you won't have that protection... Something to think about.
You can easily install a mount yourself. It really isn't difficult. Combine the weight of the mount with television weight, purchase the appropriate anchors or if it is heavy, likely lag screws to screw into the studs. A magnet can help you find the screws or nails in the drywall which should be appropriate center of the stud. Use a level on the mount, Mark where your holes should be and pre drill the holes with a drill bit no larger than three quarters the size of the lag screws. Another manner of speaking is, the bit should be smaller than the lag screws. You want as much screw thread in the stud as possible. I do not trust the many types of drywall anchors out there, they will not support much weight.
It depends on if the manager and workers of the Best Buy is willing to sacrafice there time to do that. It depends on circumstances and luck. I wouldn't get your hopes to high tho, as that is a long way to go to install a TV on a wall.
