I think it means just the main building is open and not the outside vendors. Not really too sure.
The plaza is just the front row of the main building...open Tues- Sun 9 to 4. All other stores are open 9 to 4 Fri-Sat-Sun only until Nov 1st when Wednesday's are added for the winter season. I am a long time vendor at the Red Barn.
It means that the entire flea market is not open... just the plaza area.
The front of flea market has fulltime stores that are open everyday
