A trailer park on an island with access to a public beach, what's not to love? From here you can walk to the pier restaurant, the crepe restaurant, the ice cream parlor, mini golf, lots of tourist shops and the public beach. I happen to know there are 1 o 2 trailers for sale right now. We love it there and plan on never selling or moving. (The park also has a community room, shuffle board, washer/dryers/ and 2 showers for washing the beach off you.

Nice and cozy..as in. " not an inch to spare" between residences. 85 or so units in less area than a city block. If you truly love your neighbor, this is the place for you!! Walking distance to stores, dining, drinking establishments, entertainment, and of course, THE BEACH!!

Expensive mobile home community for 65 and older residents but some very fine and respectable residents. Had a great time meeting Bill, Rose and Tom (residents of community). Very helpful during our stay. Great conversations were had.😁
