No it was just closed on Sundays because of a protesting for Stephen Clark .. Because the D.A. was not going to file charges against the police officer that shot him...but it was open the next day for my unstanding..
Arden Fair is a privately owned property and can choose to close at their own discretion for safety reasons such as an out of control crowd, in order to maintain civility.
