The property manager does good upkeep on his property. There's a playground right outside ColdStone and it is the optimal way to not have children jumping on your arm impatiently for ice cream. Cheapest food in the area is bagels from raleys of tamales/enchiladas or just rice and beans from the Mexican restaurants. Best food has got to be Monsoon Burger if you order right, but I haven't tried Sushi Elite yet. The only thing this parking lot is missing is a bookstore or auto parts. Otherwise you can find almost anything you're looking for right here.

Good shaded area to enjoy some ice cream. Not too busy with a few other good places to walk to after a treat.

My favorite place to waste monies. The 99 ¢ store. Most things now cost 199 to 10.99. Like I said it's to waste monies. Their potatoes and other stuff like tomatoes and lettuce. Is only 99 ¢ the frozen food like sausage is a great deal too …
