How is it like having this much great service in a very nice and safe environment?

Safe? Are you seriously? Right now the teenagers aren't about in groups. Let it become the holiday season again and out they come. Attitudes and gangs clash here for the last 5 years.

I wouldn't go as far as safe. And the variety isn't any different then anywhere else around that area.. diffently not my first choice
