You might want to try going to Verizon. Some of the Verizon stores have a machine that can suck most of the water out of electronics. I hope this helps.
You could call and see if they can do anything, it wont hurt to ask. I hope you get it fixed. But if it costs a lot to fix, you might as well just buy a new one.
Water damage cannot be fixed by the geeksquad especially if it was turned on or charged while still wet. Electronics can remain wet long after the initial contact moment (up to and beyond 48hr due to the compact nature of electronic housing). Sadly you may not be able to recover the item. Check the warranty if you have one, check the conditions of any contracts on coverage you may have purchased with your electronic device.
