I was there last week. The sign on the door indicated that the mall opens with the stores at 11 am.

I honestly don't know. I know at other malls, they aren't allowing it from what I understand. It's sad because it's walking. I would touch base with the mall to be for sure. I know at Greece, they have it blocked off at certain entrances. Maybe going through the food court could help. I'm sorry I couldn't help more. Have a great day!
