I think the application for $40 per person on the lease. The cool thing is there is a one year lease. However, you can move out during the year and pay only two months rent. The really cool thing is once the year is up you go on a month to month. If you move you just gove the management 30 days notice. No games with your rent going up. I believe total to move in with the application fee is $100 or $200. You will also pay the first month rent obviously. Rent is $895 per month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit.
