Taynia....in IL you must sign up to shop at one dispensary but you can change dispensaries anytime you want for no charge.
You are actually able to transfer to different dispensaries in Illinois. However it takes 24 hours prior, so you do have to call in advanced. So let's say you typically go to Phoenix Botanical, but you're visiting in the Chicago and you'd like to go to a dispensary there-- you are able to call ahead and change your dispensary to the Chicago one you're trying to visit.
Unfortunately at this point, you must register at one dispensary at a time and purchase per law. That could change with future legislation. Hope that helps.
