no medical marijuana laws in Illinois are extremely strict if you have your medical card no medical marijuana laws in Illinois or extremely strict if you have your medical card you are assigned to one dispensary only if you want to change your dispensary then you have to call numbers go through paperwork ect... so I live in Central Illinois if I wanted to go up to Chicago or Southern Illinois I would not be able to visit a dispensary down there I would have to buy all of my needs at my dispensary
