I would hope people don't wear masks outside.. I mean, wouldn't surprise me. People are nuts. They wear them in their car alone..
No required but several people were wearing them on the trails. If your hiking to a popular spot (water fall, etc) its not a bad idea to have as there will be lots of people in close proximity
