It should be. They said it's no longer showing but I'm sure it should be good for another show. They are a reasonable company. Hopefully you have the name of the employee that told you that. You have the ticket stubbs so should be NO PROBLEM. They know who was working that day just by your tickets. Has date and time on it. Shouldn't be that hard tp get it solved quickly
