There's a monitor with credit card scanner in the theater. Choose movie you're seeing and follow on screen instructions to scan credit or debit card and it'll spit out your tickets.
Or the typically friendly staff at the ticket counter will help you as well. Look left for screens, or right for human help. Both should be able to help ya.
Yes, they will help you at the desk if you have the credit/debit card you used to purchase your tickets online. To use the kiosk, you must have your confirmation email with the scannable code.
