Actually according to their website's Theater Courtesy Policy, GQT does allow you to bring like items (popcorn, candy, etc) into the auditorium. Just found this out! No more sneaking😉

Food: As a rule, Goodrich Quality Theaters does allow outside food and drink that must be consumed in the lobby. No glass bottles may be brought into the theater. Foods similar to what we sell, like popcorn and candy, may be brought into the auditoriums.

I bring stuff in all the time including my own drinks in a mug. I don't have food in my hands out in the open advertising it, but I have it in my backpack..

If you want theaters to stay in business, don't bring your own food or drinks.

FourthRO | Feb 11, 2018

You aren't supposed to but it's something a large percentage of patrons do anyway. I've never seen any one sneak in a pizza or anything of that nature, but candy and pop yes.
