It s closed due to safety and health reasons since covid19..
The Serrano Buffet was closed due to Covid 19 for our Protection, Health and Safety. They have lots of other places to eat like Tutu Food Court , Chingon Kitchen, Rock & Brews, Hong Bao Kitchen don't forget JC Barbque on the 2nd floor near Pines. Now they serve snacks in the Merch store on the 2nd floor along with the other gifts.
Have you ever tried to call and ask? I'm sure they are developing it into something better. Their expansion and additional dining areas are just as good.
Hopefully when the new hotel is open the buffet also

It started cause of COVID-19 but no explanation as to why it hasn't reopened.
