That depends on what type of damage the headphones have and how long ago you bought them. If it's a defect and they are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty you should call the manufacturer to have them repaired or replaced, or see if Best Buy will replace them on the spot. If you broke them, you'll only get a free repair or replacement if you bought the accidental damage protection from Best Buy when you purchased them. If they are not under warranty and you don't have a protection plan you can see how much the manufacturer will charge you to repair them. Sometimes it costs less just to buy new ones.
You can call The Geek Squad but I think they just do computer repairs.
Did you get a warranty? If you do that can replace it.
Don't think they do repairs here. Check a local electronic repair store.
