Easily the coolest place to buy imported beer and higher end liquors and wines. Vast selection, well-balanced, friendly staff and with the bar there, it’s just a really classy place with a unique atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

I have no idea. I don't think it matters, since the establishment is pleasant to attend.
Both yes and no. If you are gonna just pass by to buy beer, wine, or a liquor bottle to take it home then yes I believe so. But if you are planning to stay and drink then no. Better to leave the kids at home if you're going to do that imo.
