First off try their representative that you bought the phone from. They usually know a lot about the phones and can help alot. However if it's more of a technical problem the geeksquad is your next option. The even better news tho is this. If the issues that are occurring aren't anything that were caused by you. Have no fear that should fall under the manufacturer warranty clause and will prompt you to get a new one. Only downside is that it may or may not be refurbished.

DO NOT BACKUP IR PHONE"YET!" At least not a "full" reset! u can...do this in this order...backup "ALL" ur data that is on the phone. If u cannot backup. Call mfg, vendor, of the phone. Then follow thier instructions, "after" u get thier names. Good luck.
