A restaurant has to have hot water or it wont pass its inspection. I have been there many times and seen into the kitchen as the doors were open. It is very clean. And i have restuarant experience as a trouble shooting manager. The food has been quite good. Maybe there was a problem in the past but. But not since i have started going. It has been a good experience. However I will be glad to challenge the management to show me around next time based on this info. I will show them and they can answer my questions.
Wish I could post photos but I used to be a employee. The management in the kitchen is gross , the expo people dont use gloves , no hot water .... Order food at your own risk.
