I once tried to call the theater and no option for a person. I was going to ask if I could just go to Star Wars without ordering online, if they have seats available. I guess the best option is to select the option for a manager and they give you the number of someone to call if it's really important. If you just want to make sure a movie isn't sold out, just order tickets from Fandango. It's worth the extra $ to make sure you can see the movie. If there are no seats available for a showing it'll not show up or say it's sold out.
