Is there supposed to be loose leaf tea leftover in my drink? It makes drinking this really unpleasant. I am really hoping I can get this remedied. I didn't notice until I got it home.

I am so sorry to hear that. Only osmanthus tea or osmanthus milk tea will come with osmanthus leaf. if you order osmanthus and you don’t like it, we could change it for you. But if you order all the other drinks, It should not be. please bring this back to our store and we would like to change it for you. May I know what’s your order? It never happen before. We want to know and figure out what happen to that. Again, we apologize for the bad experience and hope you could come back to store and show us this message. We will remake one for you even though you already throw out the drinks.

Well that just means they are using real tea so yes it is supposed to be there
