When will they add more stores and restaurants inside the Richmond Mall to fill in the vacancies there by taking the mural walls out for the mall to get fully revived again?

It will not happen for a long time. The rent has raised to the point it is cheaper to just have online store. With no store front there is no over head. At this point most of these mall will close permanently unfortunately.

I have no answers , but would love to see the mall revived myself . Was sad when MCL Cafeteria closed too !
