I think the mall needs to have a food court. If the owner added a second floor and added more popular stores like Hollister, Buckle and a play area for kids that would be a mall worth shopping at!
They would be great to have but I don't think the Richmond area, even including SW rural Ohio has the amount of people that those types of stores are looking for. But that's just my opinion
John Deuble I agree ! We already have what most people need in stores outside the mall complex . I can only see investments in the present mall as a waste of time , money and effort . The building and property conditions do not warrant expensive and extravagant additions to an already lost cause . We see this happening in cities all around us . What's the old saying , you can't make a silk purse out of an old sow's ear ! If you can't find it here at home , go on line . The world is an open market without the upkeep and hassles. Adding to a failing situation does not help the cause . Give it a few years and it won't even be there .
